hi, i'v used tomtom navigator 5 for a while now and I love it, but due to some problems I cant use it for now.
Was just wondering what would be the next closest thing to TT5 which I can use (only need UK maps) and also I want something very stable, I do need the speed camera locations but besides that i'm not bothered.

Any suggestions much appreciated as i'm pretty new to all of these software packages!.

Thanks Smile

it crashes at random times, e.g. on the motorway, and at that speed its quite a job to get it back running again so can be very inconvenient at times.
only does it once or twice on a 2-3 hour journey but still causes a lot of hassle.
After a bit of googling I read on another forum that disabling some POI's might help as tomtom might be trying to access POI's that are not there so i'v disabled all except the pocketgpsworld speed cam locations, when he said disable i dont know if he meant disable or delete, does tomtom still try to use the POI files in some way even if they are disabled?, if so I might just delete them.
now that all the POI's are disabled i'll give it a try and see if it still crashes, i really hope it fixes it as I love TT5, 3d maps are perfect!.

if not then I guess I can try and downgrade to TT3
