TomTom plus & C500

I have a TTG 500 & an Orange SPV C500. When I try to configure the plus services it connects using dial up and not GPRS. How do I change the settings. Orange say it's the TTG that needs to be configured. Any other use of internet on my phone and it connects using GPRS>

I've had a response from TomTom about this. Apparently the settings on my C500 need to be GPRS only no Wap. I've contacted Orange, they've sent me new settings and guess what.............yep still the same.
No GPRS connection for traffic.
