Please can u help?. I have TT Nav 3 & want to upgrade to V 5 but to install it on a MIO 168. If I buy the upgrade, will I be able to load the upgrade on the new MIO? What happens with the Activation Code as it's registered on the old Compaq 3970.

Despite being sold as an upgrade, you will receive a full product with new code. So no problem.
