URGENT ! Medion PPC250 Serial Number details

Some little **** broke into my car last night and stole my Medion PDA and my company laptop.

The company laptop I have the serial number for, to pass on to the police.

The PDA (sadly) I haven't got the serial number for, although I have all the packaging the PDA came in.

So I'm asking if someone with a M41800 (as bought from Aldi about a year ago) could compare the serial number on the PDA itself with the numbers on the internal and external packaging and let me know if there's anything that matches.

I have a later model Medion, the main outer box has nothing on it apart from all the info and pics of the unit, but inside the main box there is a plain white box, on the side of that box is 2 labels, one shows the model and part number and the other says serial no.

Now the serial no. on the box does match the label on the back of the PDA, on mine it begins with RDxxxxxxxxx

There's just 1 label on the internal plain white box the PDA itself came in (along with the manual and CDs, just to confirm we're talking about the same box).

It reads

SKU, UK Medion, MD41800, with cradle, 36M warranty, Nautilus

(then a bar code)

P/N: 99HD3020-00

(another bar code)

S/N: HT416Dxxxxxx

(yet another bar code)

Could somone with the exact same model confirm that the S/N as shown on the label is what is on the PDA itself, please ?

That's must be correct, it looks the same with the bar codes etc, and the serial was shown as below, ie S/N RDxxxxxxxxx
