|
|
I bought the Medion package from Aldi with the MDPPC250 (think it was August last year?) the power supply for the car no longer seems to work, its not a power problem in the socket as all other adaptors work fine but the pocket pc one no longer has its green light on and therefore GPS wont work :o(
Does anyone know what I need to order as a replacement? Where can I get one of these from so I can start using this again?
Thanks

:D Thanks for that! I think their website has improved somewhat since I last looked (a fair while back) It might be easier to buy a replacement rather than wait a few weeks to send mine off, wait for replacement etc for the skae of £10! |

Silly question Andy, but have you tried the fuse in the adapter, there was a spare one supplied when I purchased my Medion, the end of the adapter unit should unscrew (end that plugs in), if it is the fuse and you cannot find the spare you may be able to get one from Maplin, but as you say £10 is good value for that item. |

The fuse looks fine, the reason why I assumed it wasnt the fuse is that it started failing progressively, ie if a fuse blows u normally have it working 1 minute and the next it would be dead... this worked on and off for a few weeks before packing in completely. 8O |
