Also got version 4.4 but no map export, emailed Medion but no reply yet.
The manual specifically refers to "map export 4.0",would guess they are still putting the previous manual in with latest version.
By the way, after downloading poi warner are you using the poi handler speed camera database or downloading the pocket gps one?
Having trouble with pocket gps one, getting to the batch converter stage and the files not appearing in the left hand side of the screen

Grbudun,
You may have sorted this by now, but if not, I hit the same situation a couple of days ago

IIRC, at stage 5 on the list of instructions, you will have opened C/Camerapoi/Latest and will see what appears to be the files that you are looking for. However they are still zipped and you must 'extract all files' (into the same folder)After doing so, you should see exactly what the istructions say you will see. Be confident that the instructions are accurate and you will get there

I followed it (successfuly) all of the way through and it has worked as advertised. Took the car to Preston yesterday, Most speed cameras were identified in good time along with a load of other POIs downloaded from the list.
However on the road between Preston & Lytham St Annes, which is speed camera city! there were two or three cameras not shown on the db and therefore not warned. Just shows that nothing is infallible!

Hope that you get it sorted
regards
