Can I do all the hardwork on my PC and then transfer it?

I have a TTG 300 with the latest software on.

Is there some software out there that replicates the TT on my PC so I can plan/change settings on my PC and then transfer the data to my device?

You can do that with TTN and TTM (via MDE) but not yet with the GO -that one would also require you to run Linux on the PC for starters...
