TeleAtlas's sales revenues for the first nine months of 2004 increased by 37% to EUR 85.0 million as compared to EUR 62.1 million for the first nine months of the previous year.

Perhaps they could re-invest some of this money to bring their core mapping up to date and rectify some long-standing errors?

That would be nice. I have emailed them as they don't even advertise Navman as being one of the users of their dodgy data on the initial PDA support page. Actually, perhaps Navman insisted on this. Twisted Evil

When you do go to the nect page and fill everything in, it doesn't offer SmartST V3 as an option, either. I have sent TeleAtlas a dozen or more reports over the last year; only recently have some of the early ones changed status from "Under Investigation" to "Under Treatment".

Considering that TeleAtlas are getting this information for free, I think they are very slow in verifying User Feedback.

Hi Tim

It does seem as though TeleAtlas are not too bothered about fostering good PR. I posted a couple of mapping errors back about 6 months ago and there has been no movement on them whatsoever.

Regards
