New user help required :cry:

I have just got TT Mobile for my Nokia 6600. Everything has gone like clockwork until I try and load the TT software from the phone menu. I get an error message

'App. closed LoaderThread'

I have contacted the company where it was purchased and they have no idea, they gave me the TT help desk number but they are only 'helpful' Monday to Friday.

Any ideas????
