Good service from Origin (manufacturers of B2 GPS Speed Camera thingy).

I emailed on Wednesday asking for advice on a mount, because the unit wasn't staying locked into its cradle using my home-machined mount, and they replied nearly straight away asking for a delivery address to send out some stronger magnets which would help it stay in place.

They could have flogged me a mount, but instead are spending their own money to help solve a problem that might be of my own making.

That's good customer service!
