I had a new iPAQ 4700 die on me after just 3 weeks. The iPAQ was replaced without question, TomTom activation failed as expected. I asked Hp to e-mail confirmation to TomTom and today TomTom allowed me to re-activate the replacement device. All in the space of 3 days. Good service I think!
