Questions: TomTom3 on Orange SPV 1000

I'm looking to purchase the above combination, but have a few concerns before I do:

1) When using TomTom navigation, what happens when you receive a phone call? Does the unit continue to navigate, and it is possible to a) See who's calling; b) Chose to accept or reject the call

2) Is it possible to use multiple Bluetooth devices simultaneously? I would be using the TomTom Bluetooth GPS receiver, and also a Bluetooth headset while driving.

3) I have been comparing this unit with the iPAQ 4150 - it's basically a decision between the two. I see the SPV 1000 has a smaller screen. Does this have any impact on ease of navigation?

4) Does anyone have any experience of the SPV 1000 with TomTom3. Can anyone recommend it, or warn me of any problems?
