SmartST Pro & iPAQ H5550 Sync Probs

Hi

I have installed & activated my software its on my iPAq but when i go to installing maps the software cannot see my iPAQ or the memory card.

My active sync is working fine but no way will mp installer see my iPAq??

I have reinstalled 3 times soft booted my iPAq re registered my software 3 times .

I have no firewall running i just cannot get it to work!
Anbody had similiar problems???

When you do the "Explore" in ActiveSync on your desktop/notebook, does it list the files on the PocketPC? Since I installed ActiveSync 3.7.1 I have occasionally seen the case where the desktop is unable to explore the PDA , and only a reboot of the desktop has helped. Very strange behaviour, and it might have an impact on SmartSt... Just guessing.

I know it was a long time ago when you posted this question but ive got the same problem how did you fix it Adrian

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
