Tomtom manage community content Icon missing

When I connect my tomtom Via 135 to my laptop I can update it through my drive connect no problem. When I try to find the icon on the task bar to right click to access manage community content it is missing. Any ideas how I can sort this please?

Have you tried clicking the arrow head, in the Notification Pane, to 'Show Hidden Icons'?
