Cameras opposite side of road

Could anyone give me an idiots guide on how to get my Drivesmart 55 to only go off to the pocketgps camera database that are on my side of the road and stop it going off for cameras that are on the otherside of the road/opposite direction of travel?

I'm not massively clued up, I can just about get the database files updates with the CSV converter. But anything else I am not clued up on.

Unfortunately Garmin cameras, loaded via POILoader are not directional.

It's been a pain for a long time.

The Garmin Cyclops cameras are directional but they are just a dot and bong which is unhelpful.

My solution was to switch to Speedtrap Alert for the voice alerts as that is also directional.
