Anyone make a CF GPS with TMC yet?

Not very likely. You need two radio modules (one for GPS, the other for FM radio) and it will be difficult to implement that in such a tight space. Don't forget the FM antenna - do you expect that to be dangling off the CF card?

There is a GNS CF card for TMC but does not have GPS
