Positional Differences

I have a 315 & Ipaq 5550 connected via PC-Mobile cable.

When standing in my back garden the GPS' position is fine, checked with my fine grid referencing from a 1:250000 map.

However the position displayed on my Ipaq using memory map is ~100m off

ie

GPS xx768 yy988
Ipaq xx650 yy050

118m south & 62m east of actual position

I have Memory Map set up using Magellan/Com 1/4800

GPS NMEA v2.1 GSA/4800

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think after some serious trawling that it may be between a difference between WGS84 and OSGB systems.
