Hi,

I have downloaded the latest version of Memory Map Navigator. There are one or two improvements but one very retrograde step –

With the previous version I was able to transfer all of the Overlay categories which I had created on the PC, to my iPAQ 5555 and keep them separate on the iPAQ. Now, everything – all marks, waypoints, and other categories (apart from Routes, Tracks and Position) are jammed together into Marks/Waypoints – totally unsorted and a very large mess. I know that this had been a problem with earlier versions and I thought that MM had got it sorted last time – are they daft or am I? I didn’t do anything clever last time – it just worked.

I can view pictures in landscape mode on the 5555 – how do I get it to show Memory Map in landscape?

Unless you use a 3rd party uitility like Nyditot or JSLandscape then you can't. The ability to use apps in Landscape is a feature introduced in Windows Mobile 2003 SE, the 5555 runs plain WM2003. Unless the application itself has a landscape facility, MM does not.

I have an XDAII running WM2003SE and MM happily functions in Landscape but as I said, this is an OS feature.

Many thanks, Darren.

I have downloaded Nyditot and it seems to work well.

It's still a shame about Memory Map.
