Soft reset first - then it should uninstall. If it doesn't make sure Bluetooth is off when you soft reset.

Personally, I'd just try one uninstall, which will remove the Bluetooth hook, but should leave TomTom GPS installed. If that works for you, continue like that. If it doesn't work, soft reset, uninstall again, then install an older version of TomTom GPS. You run the .exe file on your computer with the PDA connected through ActiveSync.
