Getting Camera Warning to Alert Once

From way back the POI camera loader works well. But setting the warning to once does not work. The method used to be to replace the @ symbol in the CVS to - does that still work?

My best suggestion is to download my CSV Converter, that certainly cuts out most of the duplication and gives greater control over other things as well:
