Then you must have a .gpi file somewhere. Are you on a Mac? If so empty the trash. Either way ensure you're doing a full search of your device, and card if one is installed, for any stray .gpi files, there will be at least one somewhere. _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way. |

Yes, there must be a gpi file somewhere.
As said, check on your SD card if your device has one installed.
(I put my own camera gpi files on my SD card eg so I can whip it out if I'm in France).

You've probably got this covered, but, when I need to search my Garmins I have the 3 main settings:
View file extentions
View hidden files
View system files
Plus, get the device out of MTP mode for just a single session
All set to view everything because Garmin can be restrictive.
Once all the above is set you should be able to detect the offending GPI file.
The 'view system files' is particularly important because on a Garmin that also hides folders and I'm guessing your GPI could be in a hidden folder. _________________ Satnav:

Thanks everyone
Deleted all POIs and garmin cameras using the PC. Reloaded POIs including PocketGPSWorld Speed cameras and the rouge files have now all gone and everything is working as it should. Thanks again. |
