I was hoping by dealing with one issue at a time I would clarify things but it seems I have not. I have used the terminology as suggested. I guess this is why I have been making things so confusing. Sorry.
For the time being please forget about using the PGPSW apps on my phone , Google maps and the warning bleeps from the Garmin.
As I said before:- I only have one Sat Nav, a Garmin Drivesmart 61LMT. I have installed PGPSW database. The Sat Nav works in both my wife's car and mine. The icon follows the car and the vocal instructions are fine. PGPSW database works in my wife's car with a clear vocal warnings. When in my car I get no response at all, pictorial or Vocal. If I switch off the SYNC (phone to Car) then PGPSW database work fine with clear vocal warnings.

Then I give in.
I totally fail to see the connection between the phone link to the car and the stand alone satnav and why there would be any interaction between the two, especially the display of the speed camera icons and the banner warning text.
Just as a thought, although I still see no connection with your symptoms, is the Bluetooth on or off on the DS61. Settings ~ Wireless Networks ~ Bluetooth.

I assume that you mean the spoken directional info such as "Turn left at the Traffic light"?
If you have not got your phone in your car and connected to the car's Bluetooth system, then the PGPSW database on the DS61 works (in your car), showing the camera icons on the road and displaying a banner at the top of the screen telling you, amongst other things, the PGPSW camera number?
