TT 750 Audio loss

I have a TT 750 and occasionally when you set a destination and then drive to it there are no voice instructions. I can see the turns on the screen just no audio. It is not a speaker problem as the PWGPS camera data is announced as normal. Usually it can be cured by turning it off and on again, but sometimes it takes several goes. Is this a connector problem or is it something else going wrong?
Any help appreciated.

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. Unless the model has a dedicated reset hole.

Thanks for the reply. I will give that a go, but as it is a random fault it may be some time before it does it again.
