nuvi 2547. cant delete anything within Trip planner App?

trying to delete past routes and I dont seem to be able to within the app..any ideas please as trying to organise a Euro tour for next week Sad

i select everything ticking in all the boxes. press delete and nothing all happens?

Select the trip in trip planner app. Tap icon top left and select delete.

I dont understand that works..but I tried everything and it seenmed locked up

Hmmm. I am now getting "cannot calculate route" after attempting to. I have cut section down to approx 300 miles and it still refuses to calculate..any ideas plse?

Spain this spring:

After the route I downloaded from Mapsource (cant for the life of me get on with basecamp!) sending down the wrong roads (even when maps on device and Mapsource the same) My mate said he just does in the trip planner App on the device. I used this for getting home from Spain and it worked perfectly!

so trying to sort this route out now Rolling Eyes

maybe I should ask how many miles does route need to be limited to in the App plse?

A 300 mile trip is a big ask. I'd try to split it into two.

No hard and fast rule on max distance as it depends on other factors like complexity of route.

OK solved. it was a waypoint that device did not like! the new road that this waypoint is on which is on both updated maps on device and PC... it just refused to route to this is what caused the confusion. moved waypoint back to main road and fine Rolling Eyes

I also got a firmware update during this (2nd in 2 weeks?) and now delete in trip planner working again Shocked

Are you using trip planner? That should calculate wherever you are unless you hit a Go to if in London and route is in France/Spain

To set your location in GPS Simulation Mode hit where to and select the location, you should then see a button bottom left 'Set location'.
