navman help plz

can some1 help me with my old navman s90i ive lost the voices and been sitting here most of the day trying to put some voices on i have lost my dvd disk that come with it but down loaded navdesk but when i try to put voices on it says insert disk how can somthing so simple be so hard ..... is there a manual way i can do this

sorted it now so no more replys .... couldn't of done it with out all your help ....
