With so few other posts it seems to be always me mentioning offers! 
By the way I learnt a trick with Fresh yesterday as I was downloading maps to one of my androids.
The rate went from over 1000Kb/s to under 100 so I "Cancel"ed and when the previous screen came up I immediately "Next"ed and after a short delay the download resumed but at the higher speed again. I had to do this a few times but each time the speed went back to max.
Obviously you can only do this if you are near/using your PC while the download is going on.

Many thanks, I will have a look at that.
The Vavigon maps (or any other download from Navigon) is always slow to start for me. Waited 3/4 mins for it to connect to server. Sometimes I have logged out and gone back an hour or so later, but the download is always slow compared to other updates etc.

Finally got round to checking the dates on the latest maps.
Most are February 2012 except
Czech Republic June
Isle of Man April
Spain August
UK June
