On a more serious note I have often wondered why the UK law permits the use of speed camera give away locations on sat navs TomToms and mobile cameras. Surely because of the French law banning the locations of their speed camera locations it is only a matter of time before the UK follows what the French have done and ban the use of such devices.. We have one of the strictest laws anywhere in the world and I’m surprised that the use of camera locations is actually allowed.
I love the fact I know when a safety camera is coming into view and before the camera sees me. Surely there must be a way round these laws by renaming, redrawing sort of marking the cameras with placers where it is dangerous to stop your car,  . Anyway until the law is applied in the UK and Northern Ireland I'll keep using my camera database. Oh? Sorry for the caps locked my bad, the keyboard only types in caps locked need a new keyboard.

I don't think that's likely.
The UK government have said several times they have no intention of banning devices which warn of speed cameras (as opposed to jamming them).

The UK Government has always insisted that cameras are there for safety only. So being alerted to camera locations helps people drive safely in dangerous areas.
If they ban the camera warnings then they are saying that they don't want people to drive safely.
