The CamerAlert App for iOS works very well.

Is there any way to alter the volume of the camera warnings INDEPENDENTLY of the iPod volume?

Currently when the iPod is set to a comfortable volume, the camera warnings are far too loud. Please help.

Should it make any difference to the answer, I use the CamerAlert App in the background with the TomTom App on an iPhone 4, and use the iPod App at the same time.

Thank you

It's a feature on the list for a future update.

Thank you for the answer. It would be a great addition to the App.

i find that songs downloaded/bought from iTunes are quieter in general than ones i have ripped myself from cd's... so as most of my music is self-ripped i tend to get the opposite, the music is louder then the warnings...

TomTom's iPhone Nav has an option to adjust the voice guidance independently, I often find it is much louder than the iTunes music so it's a handy feature IMO.

Just to confirm that this is next on the todo list for iOS. Already testing it for Android.
