I have TT XL IQ routes 2

I'm finding TT Home very limited when planning routes ie no access to my POI and Favourites. It also comes up with a message that the device may not follow the route you've planned!!! So that rather counteracts planning a route in the first place!!!

Ok if you use control My Device you then have access to POI and Favourites but stuck with a screen size hardly larger than the TT.

In the past I've used GPS utility and Ozie Explorer with a Garmin Etrex Has anyone experience using these programs with TT. I also use QUO with the Etrex, so it would be good to be able to use the QUO maps as an intergrated system. But I have no idea how to do this or even if its possible

TYRE, downloadable free here, allows you to plan your route on your pc using Google Maps, and then upload it to your TomTom.

If you are online, try a web search for "Houghi Script". Using GoogleMaps to plan a route it creates an itinerary file which you transfer to your TT.
