I bought it but don't use it...

It crashed all the time, and the database was bad lots of missing locations and lots of false one like roadworks cameras that hadn't been removed.

Was a waste of money for me. I will probably buy a road angel next time.

I can't say whether I had any email reports from you on this subject as I can't tell who you are, but of course we can only address such issues if we know they are going on. Generally the software works just fine, but with a platform such as Pocket PC, with all the other things that can be going on, it is impossible to say for sure. You might have found an issue that I haven't.

I would have appreciated the opportunity to fix the problems, though, and give you value for money.

I've been in contact with you but haven't heard anything back in six weeks. Initially your responses were good but I don't see any changes.

Considering I bought the product in December I haven't had much joy, although I didn't contact you until february 'cause my emtac GPS needed replacing.

I will happily help you to sort it the problem out because I cannot consistently be resetting it whilst I am driving.

Sorry just seen this. Add me to this list of TRAFCAM users.

I, too have had the frustrations of trafcam initially and 15 months later the product is getting close to being where it shoud have been at launch (now where have we heard that before). It has saved me at least twice when I wandered int areas I did not know and areas I have known, where the blighters put cameras up or I forget about them.

The "Fire" last year did not help the development neither and Mr Trafcam (Mike) and I have had words and I have made suggestions about that all platforms they develope for SHOULD have the same functionality, but that is still a way off yet.

On Balance, considering the POI speed camera database is usually 3 months out of date and the lack of of Palm, Pocket PC or Phone Competitors currently I give it 7 out of 10. Personally, more BETA testing would not go amiss, before releasing the product.

Simon

I can only discuss Pocket PC as this is the only version I have.
