Brofit iPhone4 Active Mount Charging query

Does anyone use a brodit active mount with an iPhone4? I notice that it uses a USB 12v adaptor, and I was concerned that this will supply enough charge to run Bluetooth, 3g location etc and keep the phone charged.

Any suggestions as to an alternative to brodit welcome. i want something as close as possible to my existing 6310i car kit in terms of use
