They never answer emails or when they do it's too late. Today I have sent this letter after 6 emails that I sent them with no answer, four of them regarding the code for Navigator II (bought via Handango on July 29/2004) and the other 2 emails regarding a technical question about SmartMap which I bought on the 27th of July this year. I registered also in their site (vito) and waited 15-20 minutes for the response and no way Jose!!! This is the copy of the last email (Ausut 1/2004):

Hey! Whats going on. I purchase Navigator II (Order Reference No. -------- my_email@hotmail.com) and have sent 4 emails to vito and also have registered in your site twice and so far I have not got the code. So, I wonder whats happening. Did you went bankrupt? It's your company in business? This attitude it's not rare with you, since I had this experience before with Vito, please do something.

I am including copies of all the emails I have sent, just to show you that I had sent them.

Vito have never been fast to respond for me, the way handango works is that handango can hold a list of keys and automatically send this out to you. If they don't hold a list of keys, then it's up to the company/author to send them to you, and this can be a delay in some authors for up to a week.
