Help Please - Satsync not reading files on Satmap

I could do with some help please.

I've been away from my Active 10 for a while and have upgraded to V1.40 with Satsync V1.42 om W7.

Satsync doesn't read any of my routes etc on the Active 10 - any thoughts?

PS. Satsync V1.40 didn't work neither.

When you upgraded, what version of Satsync did you upgrade from? I ask because there is a warning on the Satmap site that upgrades from 1.2X require the previous software uninstalled first.

Whatever, you could try uninstalling Satsync and reinstalling again.

muggerb - did you manage to sort this out?

I would say only that I've regularly had this sort of problem and eventually I found that it went away if I removed an external card reader that I had plugged into another USB port - as soon as I did that, the A10 contents appeared in the SatSYNC display panes!
