TomTom GPS v3.03 installing.......?

Checked GPS version it was 3.02 414/406 , so I decided to update to the latest 3.03.
Downloded file, ensured iPAQ cradled and active sync working, DC'd the application, the self extractor appeared and the usual TomTom screens.

The Set-up screen still shows the transfer in progress. It has now been sat at the setup screen for ..... 30 minutes.

I know some updates can take a few minutes but this seems excessive!

Any advice appreciated.

Hi mate,

Had the same thing on my Axim. Just quit it, reboot and try again.
Did it for me.

try doing through the zip file i had the same problem today when i update to 3.04 i left it for 10 mins nothing doing so ended it and installed through the zip file went it in 2 mins
