Destinator 2 Newbie

hi

just installed d2 2.0.06F on my ipaq 3870. running at sirf 19200. get quick fix at these settings. my questions:

1) i get an occasional "unrecognised storage card" message. any workwarounds?

2) as i was given the software second-hand, i cannot obtain upgrades,as i'm sure it'll be higher than 2.0.06F. any download locations appreciated.

3) there seems to be no third party software (speed cams etc etc). is is correct?

The only point I can address is the add-ins one. Unless some way exists for the software to pass on GPS data to external programs, such add-ins are impossible.

TomTom has a commercially available SDK for authors of add-in programs. There's a POI warning program for the Navigon software as well (as used in the Medion bundle). I don't think any of the other Pocket PC street navigation programs have made such capabilities available to third-party developers - certainly I've never heard mention of any add-ins for Destinator.
