Not Offered TomTom Map Update Service

I have connected my 540 to home and when I go to add maps I normally get a pop up box offering the wonderful Tom Tom Map Update Service but I am no longer getting this and are just offered the full blown prices

Any ideas as I haven't got a clue I am running the beta version of home with 8.10 UK maps

I had this and i thought it was just a timed offer until I deleted home and reinstalled.

After doing this it came back with the update discount.

I had the same thing one day. Couple of days later it just came up on it's own. And after going through support 3 times over the last months and months (including level 2) because their server failed every time I tried to buy the update service, I changed my e-mail address in home, linked the device and it purchased fine first time.
