Hi pinknperky, and welcome to the forum.

Best place for navman maps is Teleatlas as they are the ones who made the maps in the first place.

Although TA make the original maps, they won't be able to help. Navman (Like most companies) takes the TA data and converts it inot their own, proprietory format.

The only way I know to get the CD's is to phone the customer support.

Maybe if you have the full version number, someone on the site would be able to get you A COPY. I don't belive you are doing anything wrong copying the CD's. Without the correct registration keys, the data cannot be used, and if you have the keys, you have already paid for the right to use the data.

Copying keys - thats another story altogether, can't help there and wouldn't if I could......

Good luck

Actually Teleatlas will sell directly to the public in the appropriate format for all manner of devices including incar dvd type satnavs. See Teleatlas shop.

However looking at the site doesn't show the 510 maps available! As robert said try a phone call to navman or even teleatlas shop as you might get lucky!

The iCN 510 was released in 2004 and has the 2003-2004 maps as standard so probably wont be for sale anywhere.

You could buy a set of cd`s from ebay as this wont affect the licence files linked to your device.
Or call the Tech Support on 0844 800 0912 and they may have a copy left

It's a bit 'on the nose' expecting Navman to support a product they last sold 2 years ago. If they had to support their obsolete products, that would eat into the profits they make. Wink

As far as I know Navman still support the old products,
I have not had any problems with my Pin 300 getting support.

I've got an unopened, unused set of maps that came with a 520 in their original packaging.

Any good for you?

The icN 520 have a different version of maps and software that would disable the icn 510.
Good offer though

Twisted Evil

Navman no longer support the ICN 520 they offered me £30 off a new unit, there was nothing wrong with my unit except the maps were out of date. 2 months ago the updated maps were £100!!!!!

NAVMAN SUCKS WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY ONE IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT SPENT £300 ON A UNIT 3 YEARS AGO.

Admin Edit: Details about buying obviously pirate maps removed. PaulB2005
