How to keep iGO in 2D map view.

I prefer to use iGO in 2D map view. Unfortunately, sometimes iGO switches to 3D map view by itself.
I also prefer to run with Track-up orientation. iGO8 doesn't come with Track-up orientation in 2D, only in 3D, but it can be managed by changing some values, so that iGO will have Track-up orientation in 2D.
In order to have Track-up orientation I have made changes in \iGO8\content\skin\iGO8_Ultra_2.5.zip\ui_igo8\common\ui\navigatemap.ui.

I use the skin ”iGO8 Ultra” version 2.5.

When starting out on the route, I set for 2D map view. With Smart Zoom turned on, iGO switches at a time to Automatic Overview. When I am coming to the next route event (set to 3 km) iGO changes away from Automatic Overview and zooms in with track-up orientation. Unfortunately, at the same time iGO switches to 3D map view and not the 2D map view, which I began with.
Does anyone know how to force iGO to stay in 2D map view all the times, when not operating in Automatic Overview?

Set your route, tap on screen, tap on 3rd icon from left at the bottom for overhead view. The fourth gets you back to normal 3D mode.
