|
|
I have been a member since Deember 2007 and have always been able to update the database without a problem.
However, today I have logged on and it tells me that I am not subscribed to the database and therefore cannot update my Tomtom with the latest Pocket GPS database.
Please advise?
Many thanks

Your account is showing an active subscription. I would suggest you log out, clear cookies then log back in and re-test. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Hi Darren
Thanks for the reply, I have deleted my cookies etc but its still told me that I cannot download the database.
I have clicked onto my account status and it tells me that I am a subscriber to Pocketgps, does that sound right?
Also that I do not subscribe to the pocketgps newslater which is wrong because I do.
Any thoughts?

Do you use firewall software such as Zone Alarm? _________________ Darren Griffin |
