mapshare and speed cam problems

i have been driving around the north east all week setting up delivery routes anyway i have noticed the pios on the tomtom are well out of date and well out of place some times up to 1/2 a mile out so i have been updating them using mapshare but as soon as i edit a poi it resets all the speed cams I.E. i have to set them up allover like what sound to us and distance to warn and if to show or not do you think tomtom know about this if not how do i inform them

Well I have told them (twice) and I guess others have, but you should too as they only fix things if lots of people complain.
To report any bugs or issues is a bit of a palarver...

First you go to their website.
You have to register with an email address (if you have set up 'Home' you will have done this already so just log in.
Then go to their "support" pages, select your model and a question category (don't worry that none of the categories seem particularly relevant).
Then got to ANY question, scroll to the bottom and you eventually get to a link that lets you "ask a question".

Funny, anyone might think they don't want you to contact them!
