What is correct fuse for U.S. Nuvi 350 vehicle adapter?

I have the North American Nuvi 350 and am trying to determine the correct fuse for the vehicle power cable. The one I removed from the plug has the following marking F1AH250V and is ceramic, not glass. It measures 3/4" in length. I'm not sure if the way the part number is written on the fuse means it is a 1 amp or not.

The Nuvi 350 manual says the fuse is an "AGC/3AG 2 Amp, high-breaking capacity, 1500 A-rated fuse." What does Garmin mean by high-breaking capacity and 1500 A-rated fuse? Is this fast blow or slow blow? This could make a big difference. If I go into Radio Shack and ask for the fuse Garmin specifies, they are going to pull any 2 amp fuse off the shelf.
