I am due to get a SPVE650 soon and wondered if anyone has managed to get Tomtom to run on it? It is not on their supported device list on their web site.

I believe people are running TomTom on these. It's a rebadged HTC Artemis the same as the O2 XDA Orbit which I'm using to run TomTom.

The SPVE650 is actually a re-badged (and messed with) Orange version of the HTC S710 Vox, it has no similarity at all with the Artemis based devices.
I would have a read of This Page as the new unit you are considering is running WM6 I would be very wary of spending cash on TomTom just yet, if they say it won't work and you find it doesn't they will offer no support - Mike

Thanks for the update, I will not risk the purchase yet until it is supported.

Whoops! A thousand apologies, it's the M650 that's a re-badged Artemis.

As for TomTom and WM6, I'm quite happily running TomTom6 on an O2 XDA Orbit with WM6.

I originally installed it on my Orbit when it was running WM5. When I flashed WM6 onto it TomTom auto-installed from the memory card. Since then I have upgraded the map without any difficulty.
