How have you been doing it?
I'd suggest a manual install of v6.52 from Oldboys archive if you haven't already. Simple instructions are in a text file in the zip.

Thanks but i've already tried that, which didn't work either.

I don't know what I could have done to break it this bad! I was only adding poi's and voices. Now it's down to bare bones, no poi's or extra voices so it can't be a bad poi.
