TomTom 5 and 6 together?

I have a PiN 570 and already have 5 installed. Would I be able to also install 6 without removing 5 and would they both still work. Reason being is that I am running the UK map at the moment with TT5 but I have the North America mpa for version 6 and would like to able to use both.

Have had a good old search on here but couldn't find anyone who has asked the same question, but knowing my luck, someone will respond with a link to a prev post......
