Can anyone HELP?

Hi i am new to all this, and i was wandering if anyone could help.
I have been brought a GPS Compasseo 500, and i would like to add the speed camera software, and if possible try to update? the map. As my user name tells you i'm blonde and would need an idots guide in plain easy to follow steps. I would be very greatful for any help or sugestions :D

Not much info seems to be around.
Trying my best to help a blonde though I noted that it runs Destinator software, there is some info here for the 400 so it might be worth a look.

Be careful though, at least try to back the unit before playing around.
