tomtom navigator 5 set up popping up everytime sd card inset

in order to install tomtom 5 on a201, i know u need to first install the 5.2 update, insert sd card with preloaded tomtom 5 adn activate map. if i purchase the tomtom5 preloaded on sd card card, wouldn't set up pop up everytime i insert the sd card even after i have install 5.2 on the pda? if yes, how can i overcome this problem,

also, can the data on the sd card be deleted?because if it was on cd, you can't delete it by accident-rom.

i have a friend who is also planning to buy the mio a201, hehehe..good little device, can we share the same tomtom navigator 5 software? as in load it on both using the same maps? thanks in advance:):
