specs on the A1?

in the database (atleast nov and dec) on the A1 there is a series of specs cameras listed, at the locations there are no signs, there are cameras but they dont look like specs.

is this an error in the databse? or are these going to be activated as specs style cameas? (there are sensors in the roads but i would expect they are for traffic monitoring ather than speed)
