Are you an NTLWorld.com user? Are you getting our emails?

I have had a number of comments from people over the last few days about not getting emails from our site. These have both been notifications of forum posts and new user signups. This probably means that they will not have received my replies either.

Having conducted an investigation all cases except one seem to use ntlworld.com as the email domain. I am just wondering if NTL have put us on a banned list for some reason. If not then I will have to investigate further.

If any of you who use ntlworld.com for your email or have your email redirected to an ntlworld.com account could complete the following poll I can judge the scale of the problem.

There is another reason mail may not be delivered...

The web server does not authenticate with a valid domain name.

You need to change the EHLO to ev1s-67-15-143-4.ev1servers.net or something similar that is valid.

i have just signed up ang got an email welcoming me

ntlworld has just started to filter what it thins is spam
my inbox has gone from approx 30 emails of spam to zero emails per day

just wondering if users settings need adjusting to allow your emails through their filters

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
