Street level for Croatia

Hi, I've currently got a Mitac Mio 168 with TomTom Navigator 3 (soon to be 5 :D ), but there doesnt appear to be a map of Croatia available for TomTom.

I'm going there on holiday in a few weeks and will be driving, are there any options open to me? I noticed that the Gumball 3000 rally used Co-Pilot Live and they went to Croatia, but I cant seem to find anything about Croatia being in the European maps.

Any help/advice would be appreciated
