Active Synch Keeps Reappearing Mio 168

Anyone got any ideas please as to why I keep finding Active Synch programme running even when I've stopped it a few minutes earlier in settings/system/memory?

It's only started happening in the last few weeks, and I can't think of any changes I've made. Even keep trying a soft reset; but you can bet your bottom dollar that if I stop Aactive Synch as a running programme, it's back again in the blink of an eye. Just a nuisance that I can't tust my 168 now to be running nothing when I switch off.

On the PDA, launch Active Sync and select Tools | Options...

De-select 'Use mobile schedule to sync with this PC' or leave it ticked and on the 'Mobile Schedule' tab set both options to 'Manually'.
